So you can make it a up to A 3 bed room suite and still sleep in the living room as well. WOW!!!

If you have a large group. -- remember the living room has a full queen size Murphy wall bed (NOT A SOFA-BED) for sleeping up to 2 more (slight charge for using it but worth it if you have a guest)
