What special precautions are implemented due to Covid?

We have always done many of the procedures other hotels are now implementing, and now we are doing even more. We developed guidelines we call Stay Safe, Safe Stay to do what we can to keep you and our staff healthy. You may get more details by clicking here. 

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in is after 2pm. Check out is 11am.

We will do our best to accommodate check-ins from noon on, but there are no guarantees.

Special arrangements must be made in advance for arrivals after 6pm. Please call 760-320-5650 to arrange.

What are your reservation policies?

You must be 18 or older to book a room and/or visit our resort.

Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in and a credit card used to book the reservation.

How is my room guaranteed?

Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. We'll ask you to verify the payment details upon check-in.

Refundable reservations will not be charged until time of arrival or in the event of a cancellation. For non-refundable reservations, the full booking amount will be charged to your card at the time of booking.

How do I verify my rate and reservation?

We'll send you an email to confirm all your reservations details including the confirmation number, dates of stay, room type. the number of guests and your confirmed rates. We can also provide this information over the phone.

How do I modify my reservation?

Can I bring my pet?

We love our pets but unfortunately, we do not have pet friendly rooms. We do not accept emotional support animals but are more than happy to accept Service Animals.

How do I park?

We offer complimentary off-street self-parking when you register your vehicle at check-in.

Can I smoke in my room?

No. All rooms are completely non-smoking. If you light up or vape inside the hotel, we must charge a $100 smoking fee to your card, plus taxes. Go outside, be social.

Can I store my bags there before I check-in or after I check-out?

Yes, we are happy to hold them for you until you're ready.

Can I leave early?

Early departures are subject to cancellation fees.

How do I cancel my reservation?

If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you call us at 760-320-5650 as soon as possible to potentially avoid or reduce cancellation charges.

Reservations designated as non-refundable at the time of booking remain non-refundable regardless of circumstances.

Reservations cancelled via email are not officially cancelled until you receive an email from us with a cancellation number. Do not cancel via email if you are within 30 days of your reservation arrival date.

What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations are subject to a minimum $15 flat fee for Credit Card Processing. Early departures constitute a cancellation. Discounted ‘full pre-payment specials' waive the right for refunds.

Cancellations 15 or more days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, less the $15 Credit Card Processing fee.

Cancellations 7 to 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the Advance Payment.

Cancellations 1 to 6 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the full reservation, up to a maximum charge equal to 3 full nights. All fees charged at highest nightly rate in reservation.

Cancellations on the arrival date and no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the full reservation.
